Atletiq was born from firsthand experience of the chaos that comes with running youth sports clubs. Spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups, paper forms, and endless parent questions — we lived it.
From frustration to solution
Working in youth sports, we spent more time managing logistics than actually developing young athletes. Player lists in Excel, match schedules in shared documents, permission slips on paper, payments tracked in notebooks.
We tried existing solutions. Most were built for professional clubs with full-time administrators, not community-run academies. The learning curve was steep, features were overkill, and prices were prohibitive.
So we built Atletiq — a platform designed specifically for the reality of youth sports clubs. Simple enough for any coach to use, powerful enough to handle growing academies, and priced fairly for non-profit organizations.
